The Android 11 update for Mi 9 Lite is rolling out with firmware version V12.5.2.0.RFCMIXM. It brings major improvements to the device performance by reducing the CPU usage and reduces the power consumption by up to 22%. The gesture response in MIUI 12.5 is pretty quick. As per the changelog, the new update brings 20 times more rendering power, dynamic layouts, new doodling & sketching tools, new gesture shortcuts, new widgets, and a lightweight MIUI. The update package also bundles the June 2021 security patch which improves system security by fixing different levels of exploits.
