The device has a 24/7 Continuous Heart Rate Monitor and its scientific sleep mode detector can identify 6 most common sleep-related issues. According to the issue, the fitness tracker can also suggest 200 potential solutions to help you sleep better.
There is a total of 9 modes which is very helpful. The modes are as follow Outdoor run, Indoor run, Outdoor walk, Outdoor cycle, Indoor cycle, Free training, Elliptical machine, Rowing machine and Indoor walk. Currently, there is only bold Graphite Black colour option available.
