Google is rolling out the new beta build with the T1B3.221003.008 version number, similar to the previously released incremental updates and it’ll require a bit of data for downloading. The update weighs just 45MB in size on Google Pixel 7 Pro. The update will also bring in the November 2022 monthly security patch.

How to enroll in the Android 13 QPR1 Beta 3.1 update
If you’re a Pixel smartphone user running on the Android 13 QPR1 Beta and having any of the issues mentioned above, you can simply update to the new update. If you’re on the stable Android 13 and wish to update to the Quarterly Platform release, you can become a part of the beta program. To do that, go to the Android Beta Program site and enroll in the beta program. Once you’ve enrolled in the program, update your device to the latest Android 13 QPR release.
