While devices in the Mi A series are getting the latest January 2020 security patch, the new MIUI 11.0.3.0 China Stable ROM for Redmi 7 comes with November 2019 security patch update. The update is being rolled out as an OTA in China. The update will be available across China but as it is being rolled out in a phased manner, it may take some time to be available for everyone, but if you want you can manually download and Install Redmi 7 MIUI 11.0.3.0 China Stable ROM.
